Ignition Driving School

Ignition Driving School is a rapidly expanding and forward thinking driving school. However, our national expansion strategy is very different to other driving schools in that we only recruit new instructors for new areas, as opposed to saturating one particular area. This approach means that there is no competition within the group for work as each instructor works their own particular area. Only once the new instructor is fully established would we consider recruiting a second instructor for that area. We pride ourselves on being instructor focused. Quite likely people have chosen to become a driving instructor because of the flexibility it gives them, job satisfaction and/or the potential financial reward. To this end, we ensure that they can run their business to fit around their lifestyle, so they can work the hours and areas that suit them.
