Our founders Emily Dean and Ali English forged their working relationship, and indeed their friendship, during the intensive training that led to them both qualifying as Advanced Practitioners in Executive Coaching. Having experienced the immense benefits delivered by great coaching, they resolved to offer a fresh, challenging approach, to enable both organisations and individuals to thrive and grow. Ignitus offers individual coaching for executives as well as team coaching, and leadership development programmes for organisations facing for example, culture change, business transformation or diversity challenges. We work with boards and senior management teams in large businesses, through to company founders, entrepreneurs, high potentials or simply individuals.
