I managed the hiring, training, and retention of 150 mental health care professionals, customer service agents, salespeople, and administrators. I was responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of metrics-based, no excuses, operational efficiency rooted in positivity and mutual respect that resulted in triple digit growth.
