I spent 4 and a half years at my previous company where I started as a customer service rep and ended up running the day-to-day operations for a 7 figure revenue generating start-up. I managed the hiring, training, and retention of 150 mental health care professionals, customer service agents, salespeople, and administrators. I was responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of metrics-based, no excuses, operational efficiency rooted in positivity and mutual respect that resulted in triple digit growth.
