IHS Ventures is a Holding Company organized solely to provide a limited number of select LatAm investors with an opportunity of an equity investment in a biotech company. The Holding Company will exclusively invest in CUE INC., a California corporation and carry out no other activities. CUE INC. is a technology company creating consumer health products such as “Cue,” a revolutionary device for tracking health information at the molecular level that includes a proprietary software, testing cartridges that conduct diagnostics within minutes, and the Cue app.
