The Innovative Healthcare Delivery Programme (IHDP) builds connections across health and care sectors to transform the use of data and drive improvements in health and wellbeing for patients and health professionals in Scotland. Funded by the Scottish Government and working closely with Public Health Scotland (PHS), IHDP is hosted by The University of Edinburgh’s Usher Institute. Our team combine a unique set of skills to ensure that a wide range of sector knowledge is available to deliver on the programme aims. Building on IHDP’s work in the cancer data sector, we are currently working with policy teams across Scottish Government, PHS Scottish National Audit Programme and with other external innovation partners to deliver on our key impact areas: • transforming the use of data in healthcare • supporting innovation in digital health • involving patients in digital health.
