Israeli Human Factors and Ergonomics Association

Our vision: Professional promotion of integration and regulation of ergonomics and human factors in workplaces throughout the Israeli economy. Exist as a professional home for those engaged in this field. The association was founded as a non-profit organization in 1981 and has been active continuously since then. The association is a member of the International Federation of Human Factors and Ergonomics (IEA), and works for the benefit of the profession and its members. It does not promote any commercial entities. Every 3 years, elections are held to the Executive Committee, in which the chairperson of the board and 4 additional members who lead the activity are elected. Among the main activities of the Association are: - Adopting and adaptation of ergonomics standardization - Registration process of professional ergonomists - Holding an annual conference and professional knowledge meetings - Activities within the framework of working groups in various topics החזון שלנו: קידום מקצועי, הטמעת והסדרת ארגונומיה וגורמי אנוש במקומות עבודה לרוחב המשק הישראלי בית מקצועי לעוסקים בתחום. האגודה נוסדה כמלכ״ר בשנת 1981 ופעילה מאז באופן רצוף. האגודה חברה בפדרציה הבינלאומית לגורמי אנוש ולארגונומיה IEA. האגודה פועלת לטובת המקצוע ולטובת החברים בה ואינה מקדמת גופים מסחריים כלשהם. מדי 3 שנים מתקיימות בחירות לוועד המנהל ובו נבחרים יו״ר הוועד ו-4 חברים נוספים אשר מובילים את הפעילות. בין הפעילויות המרכזיות של האגודה ניתן למנות: - קידום רגולטורי של ארגונומיה על ידי אימוץ תקינה - תהליך בחינה ורישום של ארגונומים - קיום כנס שנתי ומפגשי ידע מקצועיים - פעילות במסגרת קבוצות עבודה בנושאים שונים
