IHUOMA is Luxury lingerie brand that celebrates the beauty of the modern Black Woman. The aim is to enrich & empower Women of Colour to find their divine femininity, be bold about their sensuality & the possibilities that arise from living their true self!
IHUOMA launched in October 2020 by Annabelle Mu’azu & daughter A’isha, who saw a gap in the market for luxury lingerie & loungewear, developed around the darker nude tone & crafted using the finest silks & bespoke embroidery. Annabelle wanted to create collections that spoke to her as a black woman, exploring themes of self-love, feminine energy & sensuality with the ultimate desire being to show women how incredible they are by complimenting & enhancing the inherent beauty of all women of colour.

IHUOMA’s debut collection, Divine Feminine features embroidery designed by the duo, paying homage to the Egyptian Ankh, a symbol in black culture that evokes the embodiment of feminine /masculine verve & a reminder to the woman wearing IHUOMA, that she is modern-day goddess.

Far from it, IHUOMA creates luxurious designs that speak unapologetically to the empowerment of Black women, 'Culture' & spirituality.
