Ihza & Ihza Law Firm SCBD – Bali Office, led by Prof. Dr. Yusril Ihza Mahendra, S.H., M.Sc. as Managing Director is a Professor of Constitutional Law, Legal Philosophy, and Theory of Law at the University of Indonesia. He has served as Minister of State Secretary, Member of DPR/MPR RI, Minister of Law and Legislation, Minister of Justice (now Minister of Law and Human Rights) and several times served as Ad Interim Minister of Foreign Affairs State and Minister of Defense. He was elected as a lawyer for the candidate pair President Jokowi – Ma’ruf Amin and became the Leader of the Lawyers Team consisting of 33 (thirty three) Lawyers in the Dispute Results of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Election in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019.
