Established by Decision No. 1546/QĐ-BGDĐT on 5 May 2014, IICM builds upon the legacy of the Centre for Investment Services and the Application of Construction Economic Sciences, founded in 1989. With nearly 30 years of experience, the institute has made significant contributions to enhancing investment management, digital transformation, and sustainable practices in the construction industry.
