Priya Balasubramanian, a mom of two, is where it all started for iikonz. She has always loved telling stories. Professionally, Priya has become certified as a career analyst, life coach, trainer, and counsellor. Priya trained, coached, and counselled over a hundred people, including children and adults, through the storyteller's platform she established and named Kadhaikalam Vaanga. Kadhaikalam Vaanga is the inspiration for the training programme iikonz, which makes extensive use of theatrical exercises and narratives to instil knowledge.
