Ian Goddard is experienced in the necessary safety skills and practices to enable him to carry out practical Fire Risk Assessments, in accordance with current legislation and relevant government guidelines and has over twenty-five years of experience within a local authority fire service. Within his role he has to carry out dynamic and analytical risk assessments. Ian also completes initial premises inspections and thermatic premises audits to ensure compliance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Ian is a Graduate member of the Institution of Fire Engineers. He also holds the National Examination Board for Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Fire certificate, The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing Safely, BTEC Level 5 in Management and Leadership and has attended many Fire Protection Association (FPA) courses inlcuding Evaluate design submissions against approved document B and Underpinning knowledge and risk assessment of premises.
