Institute for Conflict Studies and Analysis of Russia

We, the Institute for Conflict Studies and Analysis of Russia (IKAR), are a non-government and non-partisan think tank. Our mission is to explore Russian society, its dynamics, for working out effective means of opposition, accurate prediction of the events, solving issues of international security, preventing crimes of aggression, as well as solutions for accountability of atrocities and compensation of damages. IKAR’s researches are unique due to the methodology and high quality of their conduct. We rely on sociological data obtained in the course of monthly surveys of Russian citizens and a powerful analytical apparatus of scientists who collect data in the areas of international law, economics and military affairs.
