The Ikhdar Group has developed and combined technologies that enable trees and plants to retain water, air and nutrients, capture carbon and thrive - even in desert sand. We have a 99% success rate in finding water in deserts and arid regions, so it doesn't have to be piped in in. We select plants adapted to desert conditions and fertilise the soil with biochar made from sewage sludge and waste. We add natural microbes, that bind water and nitrogen, and mycorrhizae that form networks in the soil, that carry water and nutrients to the plants. This creates healthy soil, which is one of the most efficient ways to reduce atmospheric CO2 by storing stores carbon underground.
