IKIGAI: Basics of Becoming a Smart Human, an initiative, by JECRC University works towards fulfilling overall individual needs of an individual in order to remove psychological, physiological and emotional barriers in the ladder of growth. It focuses on a candidates's 360 degree personality type to give them necessary exposure for them to adapt and accept their surroundings not just in their professional but personal lives. IKIGAI believes in the concept of "making every failure better than the last", by providing students with a non-judgement closed consciousness development space that allows their moral judgement of right and wrong to be more varied and accurate.
