ILADD, Inc. was formed in 2019 to provide housing, enrichment/educational programs, and social options that enable adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities (IDD) to live in homes of their own and enjoy fulfilling and meaningful lives in their communities.
We envision inclusive communities and inspired programs that foster interdependent living, personal enrichment, and lifelong friendships.
Our initial project, Crossbridge Point, will be a neurodiverse neighborhood of small homes in the Zionsville, IN area that embody home, choice, and security for adults with IDD.
In Indiana, there are thousands of adult residents with IDD, far more than there are safe, affordable, supportive residential options designed to accommodate their needs and wants through the lifespan.
Every family at some point asks themselves the same question:
“What will life be like for our son or daughter when we are no longer here?”
