The Immigration & Legal Advisory Services, (ILAS) was established in 2005 to counteract the excesses and caprices of the UK Border Agency, Home Office (IND) especially in regards to applications for visa placed by Africans living in the diasporas and other applicants from the so called third world countries. We have been successful in turning around negative decisions of the Secretary of State and Entry Clearance Officers (ECO) acting on behalf of the UK Border Agency (Home Office) abroad and have achieved great results in obtaining releases on temporary admission for a number of immigration detainees and convicted foreign nationals. The company comprises of seasoned lawyers some of which have worked in the Asylum & Appeals Processing Department of the UK Border Agency (Home Office) for several years and Immigration Officers who are therefore conversant to the partiality of the immigration service both in their policies and when dealing with applicants from the so-called third world countries and especially Africa, Middle East and Asia.
