FHIR® (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) is a standard for healthcare data exchange, published by HL7®. Intended to improve and unify healthcare's data exchanging methods, FHIR is designed to be fast and easy to implement. FHIR's solutions are made to solve real world clinical and administrative problems at a fraction of the time and price of existing alternatives. We are pleased to announce that this community of FHIR® IL has joined forces with 8400 The Health Network and the Ministry of Health, and we are now officially operating as one. HL7® FHIR® is widely adopted globally as a leading health exchange standard and is now gaining traction and recognition in Israel by the HealthTech community. By creating an Israeli FHIR protocol and joining the growing global FHIR community, we aim to spearhead Israel’s healthcare data collaboration and interoperability, thereby disseminating the infinite value of this national treasure.
