Since 2007, NGO “International Leadership and Development Center” (ILDC) has been contributing to the child welfare system in Ukraine through curriculum development, training and development of trainers, training of managers and specialists in the social work fields, organization of training events and distribution of publications.
We are developing a system of professional training based on a competency-based approach, best national and international practices and research that will ensure systematic and high-quality training of employees and capacity development of organizations.
To ensure that every child has a competent adult – parents, social workers, psychologists, teachers, etc. – by their side, we make online training accessible to everyone. For this purpose, we have developed the BeProfi online training platform, which already includes 7 free online courses on various relevant topics in the field of child welfare.
