I LIKE ME is a youth empowerment and resiliency program dedicated to serving disenfranchised and underserved youth and young adults. Our mission is to foster personal growth, emotional resilience, and self-worth through evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We focus on building life skills, confidence, and self-awareness to help young people navigate the challenges they face, especially those who have experienced trauma or are at risk. Through customized workshops, group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and immersive healing experiences, we empower youth to embrace their potential and develop tools for long-term success in their personal and professional lives. Our services also extend to training faculty, staff, and organizations, enabling them to create supportive environments that nurture youth development.
