Illume is a community initiative where dialogue is used to connect human hearts by way of the curious mind. It seeks to create a safe space where cohesive problem solving can be found amidst diversity of thought, signifying the complex ‘grey zone’ permeating the matters we discuss. It recognises diversity while embracing unity, as members come with the intention of being understood, while seeking to understand. With positive personal and societal change, comes an acknowledgment of difference. This starts with dialogue, which is catalysed by asking the 'illume' question - the type that allows for unique perspectives to merge and new-found insights to form.
