ILM Highland is a registered charity and social enterprise based in Alness, providing electrical recycling and retail to the Highlands of Scotland. Our mission is to support vulnerable people to live independently at home for longer through charitable activities including our Care & Repair and Handyperson services. These services offer advice and assistance for those over the age of 65, or those living with a disability, with home improvements and repairs living throughout Ross-shire and Sutherland.
We also aim to reduce electrical waste and protect the environment, providing a professional service for businesses to dispose of their Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment in a safe, environmentally conscious and legally compliant way.
As a self-funding organisation, ILM Highland sells refurbished and new electrical appliances both online and in our store in Alness, including a free recycling service for older appliances.
