ILON Academy

Ilon Academy is a premium primary school in Jakarta aimed to offer a harmonious blend of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Indonesia's Kurikulum Merdeka. Both frameworks share a progressive and aligned approach emphasizing student-centered learning, critical thinking, problem-solving, project-based activities, and deep learning. This synergy creates a meaningful, relevant, and joyful learning experience. The name Ilon means joy in Finnish which reflects our commitment to nurturing the joy of learning. Ilon Academy promotes the philosophy of joyful, play-based, and high-standard learning. Many parents seek a seamless transition into primary education, and we believe that the perfect progression is the PYP curriculum enriched by Kurikulum Merdeka to enhance both skills and content mastery. We prepare our students for all types of secondary schools, whether international, national plus, or national. Our main campus is located in QBIG, BSD, and is Indonesia's first biophilic-designed school. The campus embraces nature and open-air architecture to support holistic education.
