We are passionate about helping mobile candidates from exploring career opportunities abroad to ensuring a successful international Talent recruitment. It all started a decade ago, when our team recognized an increasing need for skilled Talent from all around the world. Our thorough and creative recruiters hand-picked the best candidate for our clients from different cultures, industries, and experience level across the globe. Soon, we became the recruitment partner that our clients rely on for all their global Talent needs, which allowed us to identify the importance of supporting these mobile candidates on their professional journey in a new country. We understood this journey goes beyond the company, their new role or even their professional roadmap it includes their families and communities. Therefore, in 2017, International Spouse network was created to assist spouses of these mobile employees on their professional soft-landing in Germany. We accomplished this, by organizing tailor-made workshops and providing individual sessions to assess their career paths and help them with their job-hunt activities.
