IM1313 is a non-profit creative Sikh organisation that was formed to enrich people’s lives with Sikh history and philosophy through creative media. As a group of creatives and professionals, we have worked with limited resources and support to create Sikh content that we could only dream of for our children. Since we began with the grace of Vaheguru (God), we have been blessed to create the phenomenal No 1 Sikh English album My Best Friend and The Gurus Song animation, both achieving over 1 million views each on YouTube and counting. Along with this, we have produced one of the most exciting Sikh children’s book series to date, The Gurus Song Adventure, part of the Khalsa family series. The series was designed to target new audiences outside of our faith to learn about Sikhism through high-quality, engaging and creative content. We are sustained by our generous doners and volunteers, who perform Seva (selfless service) in their spare time helping with design and illustration, digital marketing, music production, video production, animation, website development, accounts and finance, business strategy and funding. We are always looking for more collaborators, so please get in touch if you are interested in joining our journey with as little or more time as you can spare. Our current goal is to raise £200,000 through GoFundMe (see link below) to expand our Khalsa Family series and produce 3 more books, animations, marketing, and possibly hiring full-time team members.
