I set up Impact 9 in October 2016 to offer social media training and consultancy, plus social media management services. Based in Worcester, I am a social media expert that will improve your social media presence and results. My background is in the charity sector where I have worked for Cancer Research UK and Acorns Children’s Hospice as well as founding The Joanna Brown Trust in memory of my sister. Although I am a qualified digital marketer, I consider myself a practitioner. Through the jobs I have had, I have learnt how to maximise the opportunities social media offers.
