Welcome to the Reno Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants! The Institute of Management Accountants, or IMA, is one of the largest and most respected associations focused exclusively on advancing the management accounting profession. IMA local chapters are focused on supporting the management accounting industry and nurturing diverse and inclusive communities. We are one of many chapters that are volunteer-led communities of local IMA members around the globe that carry out these primary activities: • Continuing professional education (CPE) programs • Networking activities • Leadership training • Mentorship initiatives • Community service programs To that end, this year we are focused on community-based learning and educational opportunities, student-directed programs, and professional development.
