The IMA CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Student Chapter is the first IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) Student Chapter in India, chartered in 2020. It is a professional body created by the efforts of the students and faculty coordinators of the BCom (Strategic Finance Honours) programme, Department of Commerce, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore.
The Chapter works under the guidance of the IMA Bangalore Chapter (Parent Chapter). It aims to create a strong professional network of CMA aspiring students aimed at fostering professional competency, integrity, high ethical standards, and service to the society.
The Chapter also aims to work closely with the parent chapter and create personal and professional development opportunities by helping members organize and participate in meaningful activities and community service events to make them socially responsible.
