IMAD Community

IMAD is a community of practice for professionals working in international development and social impact across Africa. It offers a support network where members can connect, share opportunities, experiences, and solutions they have learned on their journeys as ‘changemakers’. At IMAD, we believe that sustainable development is achieved when those closest to the challenges are at the forefront of designing solutions and collaboration makes these solutions more impactful and sustainable. By working together, we catalyse change, break silos, amplify African voices, and co-create solutions that address shared challenges. Thus, our mission is simple: to transform development by ensuring those on the ground: work together and lead the way. Our vision is a well-connected ecosystem of changemakers equipped to drive concerted efforts to achieve lasting impact across Africa.
