On request ImaGene-iT AB (IGT) performs any histological techniques for histochemical staining, immunolabelling and in situ hybridization, of frozen
and paraffin embedded tissues from any organ, species or disease model.
IGT has long experience of collaborations and partnership as part of in vivo
studies, being pre-clinical studies and academic research.
IGT performs in vitro labelling for analyses of cellular binding and uptake at the intracellular level.
Analyses and imaging are performed of chromogen, single fluorescence and multiple fluorescence labelling, using wide-field and/or high-resolution confocal
laser scanning microscopy (CLSM).
Qualitative visual assessments and scoring are performed of the labelling
and histology/histopathology (including by a clinical pathologist).
Quantitative digital image analyses are performed of all type of labelling, via in-
house tailor-made algorithms.
IGT also performs structural analyses of non-biological micro samples, mainly
as part of quality assessment of industrial products.
IGThas a high competence staff and has contributed to several scientific publications (40+).
