Imagine promotes the well-being, independence and participation of individuals with developmental disabilities in the Monterey Bay Community. We provide supported living services and a community resource library, advocacy services, host an annual film festival in Santa Cruz, participate with local partners in several other local events and are developing a Family Home Agency model.
