IMAGINeLearning focuses on three primary areas of operation: Training Consultancy We identify the needs or skills/competency gaps in an organizations management or workforce. We then identify and implement the appropriate mitigation to close the gap. Content Design & Development Using instructional design skills specifically honed for rapid eLearning content design and development, IMAGINeLearning service two markets. We provide (1) an end to end service for direct clients and (2) specialist production services for Registered Training Organisations (RTO's) who do not have in house skills in this field. Training Infrastructure & Management We can assist in design and establishment of training infrastructure and capability for small to medium size or large enterprises including the following services: • Designing and documenting training management process • Setting up LMS for ongoing maintenance • Training client staff in learning management • Ongoing consulting and support
