Imaging Presentation Partners (“IPP”) was founded in 1994, to assist the Trial Team representing Stac Electronics in its patent litigation against Microsoft. The ensuing victory, a $120 million patent infringement jury verdict and a world-wide injunction against Microsoft, drew widespread attention and acclaim for both the prevailing attorneys from Irell & Manella, LLP, and their technology support team, IPP. IPP became instantly known as a symbol of technological advancement within the courtroom, and as an industry leader for in-court, multimedia display.
Building upon a record of tactical success, IPP has since expanded its service offerings to become a sole-source provider for advanced Trial Consulting, Jury Consulting, Courtroom Graphics, and Litigation Support Services.
