IMA - International Management Assistants - is a global and high quality network of Management Support Professionals. The network has 1600 members in 30 countries and 280 members in Sweden - including 30 business members - in Sweden's four regions; East (Stockholm), West (Gothenburg), North and South (Malmö). In 1999 the members decided to rename the Association to European Management Assistants (EUMA) and in 2016, to change to IMA - International Management Assistants - due to the growing number of international members. Executive Assistant Awards is an annual award founded 2009 by IMA Sweden and Företagsuniversitet together with partners InHouse and Nordic Choice Hotels. The purpose is to celebrate the EA role in Sweden. The Award ceremony takes place during the conference Vidgade Vyer in Stockholm every February.
