IM Capital is a real estate lender set up by Ian Hart & Mark Heyes in 2022, providing bespoke loan facilities for short and medium terms of up to 5 years. We offer loan amounts from £1m to £35m. This includes loans for property purchase, refinance of existing loans, development exit and trading businesses with property assets, including opco/propco structures. We can lend to both UK and offshore companies, including overseas ownership. We also provide Corporate Finance funding structures to businesses with strong management teams and established profitability, offering facilities between £5m to £25m, including senior debt, preferred equity and intermediate capital.
