Integrating and establishing mindfulness and meditation education programs amongst K-12 students within their syllabus. Making these topics prominent and established in California, slowly spreading it nationally and potentially, if possible, internationally. Will present the same information to minority, and vulnerable populations such as women’s shelter’s as well. Advised by the Associate Professor of Neurobiology & Behavior at UCI, Dr. John Guzowksi.
