IMENASET - is a company founded in 1988, wich carries on business in the repair industry sector, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering and industrial maintenance.
The execution of work (such as "turn-key") in the shipbuilding industry, industrial maintenance and public works, have allowed IMENASET to acquire the skills, qualifications and partnerships necessary for its participation in important national and international projects.
We have two workspaces, one with about 1.500m2 covered area in which we have installed lifting equipment up to 25 Ton, where we produce all kinds of jobs in mechanical engineering area, repair and shuipbuilding, as well as work in the area of industrial maintenance, and another space with about 35.000m2 of covered area with lifting gear up to 100 Ton.
IMENASET is currently in the final phase of implementation of a quality system certification according to ISO9001:2008.
We are equipped with:
- 4 x Plasma/Oxygem cutting Machines, with high definition (CNC);
- Benders;
- Guillotines;
- Rolling Machine;
- Lathes;
- Milling Machines;
- Radial Machines;
- Tools type punches and dies for universal steel workers;
- Overhead Crane 25 Ton and 5 Ton;
- Mig-Tig Welding equipment, electro and submerged arc;
- Means of transport, lifting and own assembly.
