Mission To empower and enable young women to live out their full potential as honest, open and transparent individuals. Vision Provide opportunities for young women to develop their gifts and deepen their relationship with God to fulfill the great commission in their communities and the world. Our Story I’M H.O.T Conference was born in 2013. Our goal is to inspire this young generation of women to live honest, open and transparent lives for Christ. We aim to empower young girls and women to live out to their full potential by hosting our annual conference and events throughout the year. Our first conference was held in February, 2013 with a group of 200 girls throughout the tri-state area. In the years that followed, we had to close out registration having met the capacity of our church. We strive to make this conference completely free every year. Our heart’s desire is to directly bless every girl that attends, and indirectly bless their friends, family, and community. We want to see girls develop in their gifting and relationship with God through the accountability they provide each other and love they have for what they do. We aspire to promote honesty and transparency through the different outlets our events provide.
