IM in the Cloud is a traffic and incident management software designed to leverage new technologies for proactive traffic control and swift responses to changing conditions. Built on a service-oriented architecture since 2016, it integrates an open-source spatial database, a separate rule engine for business rules, and a custom reporting engine, enabling detailed and flexible reporting.
