Since the establishment of our company in 2019, as a professional participant in the insurance market, it has been active in implementing reforms and increasing its position in the insurance market.
Over the past period, about 100 insurance products of 17 classes have been introduced into practice in the field of personal and general insurance. The company has created 26 regional networks throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan, consisting of branches, offices and insurance sales centers .
In accordance with the requirements of the new Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Insurance Activities” adopted in 2022, the limited liability company “Imkon-Sug'urta” was reorganized into the joint-stock company “Imkon-Sug'urta” with an authorized capital of 45.0 billion soums. Currently, the authorized capital is formed in the amount of 52.5 billion soums.
Today, the Company is one of the leading insurance companies in the insurance market of Uzbekistan in terms of asset liquidity and the volume of total investments.
In particular, the volume of investments in 2022 increased by 44.8%, i.e. up to 160.0 billion soums.
In 2022, the “Imkon-Sug'urta” joint-stock company concluded
284,868 insurance contracts, the total receipt of insurance premiums amounted to 64.5 billion soums, and paid insurance compensation in the amount of 24.9 billion soums.
Rating agency "SNS" Ratings" was assigned a solvency and reliability rating to Imkon-Sug'urta JSC on the national scale (uz) with a forecast of "AAA-", "Stable". This rating is the highest level of solvency and reliability on the national scale of the rating agency "SNS RATINGS".
In recent years, the republic has been consistently implementing measures to further develop the financial market and cover legal entities and individuals with insurance services through the digitalization of the insurance sector.
