We also assist individuals seeking to establish new businesses in the U.S. with investor visas, advise schools and students on a variety of F-1 student-related issues, and provide I-9 compliance guidance to employers. Furthermore, ImLaw works with individuals on certain family immigration matters, including assisting individuals to apply for permanent residency (“green card status”) on behalf of qualifying foreign relatives and helping green card holders obtain U.S. citizenship.
