Fondé en 2017, le Groupe One Experience est un groupe propriétaire et gestionnaire de lieux d’exception en France (sites évènementiels et touristiques, hôtels, espaces de co-working et co-living). Depuis 2022, le groupe a développé une nouvelle activité stratégique visant à tirer profit des avantage de la technologie blockchain à travers une plateforme d’investissements fonciers en « security tokens » associée à une expertise historique en gestion dynamique d’actifs fonciers.
