We go off the beaten track and specialise in designing, developing and experimenting with state-of-the-art human translational pre-clinical models (in vitro and ex vivo).
As part of MoA and MOA studies, immunology and immunopharmacology research is a key element. We are experts in translational human in vitro models for immune response and immuno-modulatory studies. Studies in experimental immunology commonly involve complex immune pathways that cannot be tested by single or standard assays. The designing and customisation of the experiment in a translational human in vitro model is necessary with the consideration of the drug compound, its (expected) mechanism and knowledge of multiple factors in the signalling cascade, the interaction of multiple cells and their immunogenic or tolerogenic response.
