• Consulting new clients on broad range of immigration matters and helping to reach the best solution according to clients’ needs • Identify legal issues, analyze cases and determine appropriate strategy • Answer all client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner and provide excellent customer service • Full accountability of assigned client matters • Providing clients with customized, detailed lists of required information and document, tracking communication with clients and reviewing received information and documents • Drafting legal correspondence including support letters, inquiries, submission letters, etc. • Conducting research as required • Staying abreast of any changes in procedures and requirements by IRCC, CBSA and ESDC • Organizing and updating internal database and client files • Ensuring client billing is up to date at all stages and approving invoices generated by Accounting
