The innovation designed into the iMod High-Performance Building System is showcased in the company's modular classrooms, which are DSA approved and the only such education facilities to be awarded a Platinum Earthquake Rating by the US Resiliency Council. This means iMod classrooms will withstand the most severe seismic events and be back up and operating within days. Available as single- or two-story configurations, the iMod Systems structures are steel frame buildings feature the proprietary iMod moment frame design, enabling 40 feet of clear span without requiring any columns or structural walls. Our high performance buildings are easily and cost-effectively relocated and recognifigured to accommodate change. For instance, a school district could easily, quickly, and cost effectively relocate an iMod classroom to match sifting demographics and budget requirements.
