Imola Legno is one of the leading distributers of forest products and particularly of panels and timber; moreover, on demand the company carries out primary wood processing. Imola Legno was founded in 1977 and has since established itself as one of the biggest wholesale distributors of forest products. In the beginning the company was specialized in panels but has then extended its product range to timber. The turning point came in 1998: following the buy-out of the company Feltrinelli by Corà (market leader) important sales people left the first and joined Imola Legno. Since then, the sales staff has increased to about 30 sales executives who cover the whole Italian territory. Today, registering a turnover of Euro 105 mil., 300.000 m3 of sold products and holding 4 warehouses in differents parts of Italy, Imola Legno is the first player in the wholesale distribution of forest products in Italy.
