iMonitorMy was established to aid and empower individuals to be more involved with their own health and recovery, supporting patients with taking their prescribed medications whilst strengthening the patient-physician relationship.
We achieve this through offering a portfolio of self-monitoring mobile applications to the global health market, addressing a number of medical disease conditions. Our pioneering App released was ‘My INR+’ which is targeted at patients on anticoagulation.
Being positioned as an alternative to the traditional paper-based methods of health monitoring, our Apps provide patients with a more accurate and efficient means of taking ownership of their treatment and prescribed medication. Product features allow for improved compliance with visual reminders and the ability to harness data and track progress.
Our vision is to enable patients and physicians to work together through smart phone applications to accurately monitor, educate and improve compliance with united healthcare support.
