Damona is a proven leader with over 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate development executive and project manager. She has been responsible for the delivery of over 4.5 million square feet of building projects valued at over $1.5 billion. Her oversight has included mixed-use, office, retail, entertainment, multifamily and higher education projects. Her leadership has included all phases for both ground-up development and interior renovations.

Damona founded Impact Development Services in January 2024. Immediately prior, she was Senior Vice President of Project and Development Services at JLL. Prior company experience includes Boston Properties, The Peterson Companies and Hines.
Highlighted project experience includes: Chicago Corporate Center renovation, Salesforce Tower Chicago developer oversight and tenant interior construction, GWU Science & Engineering Hall development and the Downtown Silver Spring Redevelopment, a mixed use project.
