Summary Damona is a proven leader with over 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate development executive and project manager. She has been responsible for the delivery of over 4.5 million square feet of building projects valued at over $1.5 billion. Her oversight has included mixed-use, office, retail, entertainment, multifamily and higher education projects. Her leadership has included all phases for both ground-up development and interior renovations. Work Experience Damona founded Impact Development Services in January 2024. Immediately prior, she was Senior Vice President of Project and Development Services at JLL. Prior company experience includes Boston Properties, The Peterson Companies and Hines. Highlighted project experience includes: Chicago Corporate Center renovation, Salesforce Tower Chicago developer oversight and tenant interior construction, GWU Science & Engineering Hall development and the Downtown Silver Spring Redevelopment, a mixed use project. Awards + Education Recent awards include: Client Service Award, JLL; Notable Executive of Color in Construction and Commercial Real Estate, Crain's Chicago Business; Outstanding Excellence & Influence in Chicago Commercial Real Estate, Bisnow. Damona holds an MBA, MArch and BS in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has served as a licensed Architect in the state of Illinois and a LEED accredited professional. Volunteering + Personal Life Damona is a joyful wife and a mother of three who enjoys volunteering in her community and church.
