Impact Disability & Inclusion Network

Our aim is to provide future and current cohorts with a safe and inclusive space for disabled graduates to connect, share experiences, and tackle issues related to inclusivity. Our objectives include providing a support network for graduates with disabilities, educating others on disability and inclusion, advocating for improvements in the Impact placement experience for disabled individuals, and organizing socials for network members. We also plan to raise awareness by organizing talks, workshops, and events for network members and the wider Impact community. Through this, we hope to empower disabled graduates to reach their full potential personally and professionally.
