IMPACT exists because one in three women worldwide will be assaulted in her lifetime. After the IMPACT training, that number drops to one in thirty and those who are assaulted report successfully defending themselves in the situation and living to tell about it.
We teach a full-force self-defense using real life situations. Combining the expertise of martial artists with research taken from both victims and perpetrators of violent crimes, our highly developed program is designed to provide our students with realistic and useful fighting skills for themselves.
