ImpactAgri ensures each project is a sustainable success, measured by high return on the investment, outstanding crop yields and measurable reductions in energy usage & inputs consumption, economical water usage, lower ‘post-harvest’ crop loss and a guaranteed supply to the factory or storage investment. A new approach to agricultural value chain projects in developing markets 1. Applying a diagnostic to determine the requirements for a given crop and market. This includes maintaining productivity (including infrastructure needs) and meeting off-taker needs 2. Designing the agricultural project. This includes internal management, selecting supplier partners and meeting requirements of off-takers or retailers. 3. Providing tailored solutions and appropriate business model for each project. ImpactAgri can take a number of roles in a project including advisor, technology supplier/operator and project manager. The investment mode, duration of involvement, equity perspective will be agreed case-by-case. 4. Delivering the project. In each country of operation, local subsidiaries with local support manage and execute each of our projects. ImpactAgri has a highly experienced team with a strong track record in agricultural projects and long-term relationships with the partner suppliers in all key areas.
